Experience the finest in regional cuisine, outdoors.

We host a relaxed, outdoor communal dining experience set on a long table catering for up to 190 people, in a unique setting.

By bringing together local producers, local ingredients and local chefs, we create a remarkable and uncompromisingly high-quality five and six course meals with outstanding matching wines.

Featuring fresh local ingredients, such as gourmet tomatoes, grass-fed beef and organic free range chicken, we bring our plates to the places where the food is grown… be it a farm, garden, mountain range or winery.

Fresh produce.

Each dining occasion at our restaurant without walls will feature a hero of the dish served in different ways, with ingredients like char grilled beef, heirloom tomatoes and leaves, hickory-smoked duck, and market-fresh fruits with moscato syrup.

Great menus.

Our five course menus start with canapes and aparkling wine at our arrival reception. We then progress to the long table for entree and main courses, capped off with a superb dessert and cheeseboard; all matched with carefully selected wines.

A chance to be merry.

Guests are invited to start by mingling with our chefs and featured producers, while they share their stories about the menu and its ingredients, the wines and the location. Sit with your friends or other like-minded food lovers as we progress through our menu in a relaxed and casual atmosphere.

Locals only ;)

Local settings.

We bring our plates to the places where the food is found – in the rolling green hills of an organic beef farm, between vine rows and fruit trees, or overlooking Australia’s most vibrant fisheries.

Local chefs.

Great local chefs use their talents and passion for fine food, to showcase delicious ingredients in a five course dining experience.

Local produce.

Our selected menus feature local, fresh and seasonal vegetables, fruits and herbs that complement each other to showcase regional influences and dining specialities.

Local drinks.

We select wines and craft beers from across Australia and - wherever we can - from the local area that we're visiting, to complement our dishes and enhance your relaxed dining experience.
